- 1988 Paragon Health Capital Corp. was formed by Bruce Stewart to provide joint ventures, mergers, valuation, organizational development, and financing.
- 1998 Began development and operations for health care providers like ambulatory surgery centers and specialty surgical hospitals.
- 2002 Partnered with Texas Health Resources (THR), one of the largest faith-based health systems in the U.S., based in North Texas, to form TpHR. TpHR was developed as a dedicated resource for the analysis, organization, development, financing and operation of specialty healthcare services and hospital joint ventures. TpHR management services are comprehensive and include oversight in compliance and risk management, marketing, central billing, administration, accounting, information systems, strategic planning, finance and budgeting, human resources, facilitation of board meetings and long-term planning and vision.
- 2009 Began using our extensive small hospital development and operational expertise while translating our successful models, “Right Size, Right Services, Right Cost, and The Resources" to Critical Access and outreach hospitals.
